I only have a rough idea of how I want my sign to look. Can you help?FAQ
Yes. We do layouts for our customers all the time. It is quite common for our customers to come in with nothing more than a rough sketch on a piece of paper. We like to have a good relationship with our customers and pride ourselves on providing personalized service. You can type your information in the "information" section when you place your order, you can fax us a sketch, or you can even tell us by email or over the phone how you want your sign to look. We take any artwork from cocktail napkins to ready-to-print digital files and anything in between. You will also receive an e-mail proof of any layout we do before your sign goes into production so you can make any changes you wish.

 What file formats do you accept?
We are very flexible in what types of files we can accept. We do prefer Adobe Illustrator files (.ai or .eps), but we can also accept files from Photoshop, Word, Excel, and many other programs. We typically call you once we receive your artwork to discuss any issues there may be with the file, such as resolution or proportion, so there are no surprises.

I see many vehicles that are completely covered in advertising, can Signs Now of Orem provide this service?
Yes. This depends on your vehicle and budget. The best thing to do is have one of our design engineers inspect your vehicle and take measurements for a quote.
 
If I have special color matching requirements, or need to have my letterhead and business cards matched can Signs Now of Orem meet my needs?
Yes. Depending on the type of sign and it’s uses, we can match according to your needs.
 
Do I need a permit for my sign?
You may or may not. We will do the work to find out exactly what you need and help attain the permit before the sign is installed if necessary.
If I am getting a sign installed on my vehicle, how long will my car/truck/van be out of service?
Most vehicles can be lettered in one business day.
Can my sign be delivered?
Yes, we can deliver your signs.
Does Signs Now of Orem create trade show booths and graphics?
Yes, and often. We can customize them, or sell you pre fabricated, travel booths.
What is the largest sign I could order from  Signs Now of Orem?
There are no signs too large for us!
